Eaglesoft Consulting is a software and cloud engineering firm based in Vietnam. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@eaglesoftvn.com. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
02What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form — your name, work email, company, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Scheduling a call — when you book through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), your name, email, timezone, chosen time, and any answers you provide.
- Email — anything you send us directly at support@eaglesoftvn.com.
Information collected automatically
- Strictly necessary cookies — a small record of your cookie choice and basic security/operation. No consent required.
- Analytics (only with your consent) — page visited, referrer, campaign (UTM) parameters, a hashed session identifier, and general device/browser information. We do not store your raw IP address.
We do not ask for, and request that you do not send, sensitive information (for example health, financial-account, or government-ID data) through the website.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about — on the basis of your request / our legitimate interest in replying to prospective clients.
- To improve the website via analytics — on the basis of your consent.
- To meet legal and security obligations — on the basis of compliance and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and database, in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region.
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling, if you book a call.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
06International transfers
Our site and data are hosted with AWS in Singapore. If you contact us from the EU/UK or another region, your data may be transferred to and stored in Singapore; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead data only as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in aggregated or pseudonymized form. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
08How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, held in a private database that is not publicly accessible, and reachable only through least-privilege, audited access. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply the same production controls we build for clients.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live — under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023 (PDPD), Singapore's PDPA, the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws — you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data or withdraw consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
